Contest Details AND How to Participate:
1. These terms and conditions apply to the Art of Hosting Campaign for consumers (hereinafter referred to as Contest) sponsored and launched by Pernod - Ricard India Pvt Ltd.
2. The contest is valid to all residents of Karnataka from 21/11/2024 to 04/01/2025 (herein after referred as "Contest Period").
3. The consumers must be of the legal age as per the Government Laws
4. How to Participate
a) Scan the QR code or visit www.craftedartofhosting.com
b) Complete the registration by entering the Offer code, along with Name, Email ID, Mobile number, and consent to T&Cs.
c) Upon submitting the details, the customers will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. Customers will need to submit the OTP to authenticate their mobile number.
d) Once the customer successfully completes their registration, they will stand a chance to win exciting rewards.
Prizes:
1. One Winner will be drawn during the contest period for Free Home Party & Home Bar
2. Two Winners will be drawn during the contest period for Smart Home Theatre.
3. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Promoter.
4. One participant can win a maximum of 1 prize per mobile number, per email id, per household during the promotion period.
5. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
6. Any unused prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
7. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
8. Promoter shall provide the prize on an "as-is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort, and promoter and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service and/or the prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever. If any Participant has any grievance with respect to the prize, he/she may directly contact the manufacturer.
9. Promoter or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of the promoter/ its Agency, and under no circumstances, promoter shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
Winner Selection:
1. The winner selection for Prizes will be done on the basis of unique mobile number & Email ID.
2. From the Valid Entries received, the Organizer will select 3 Winners who will win Prizes throughout the Promotion Period (“Winners”)
3. Winners will be selected by the Organizers using randomizer software irrespective of the time of the entry.
Contacting Winners:
1. Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency appointed by the promoter shall contact the winner for verification.
2. The participant winner would be contacted thrice over a period of 3 business days. In case the successful Participant is not reachable, the Organizer/Agency will reserve the right to forfeit the entry.
3. In the event the shortlisted winner's number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant. If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant's participation in the contest comes to an end and the Participant's entry stands cancelled and Participant becomes ineligible to receive the prize.
4. In the event the shortlisted winner attends the call on either the second or third attempt, the procedure outlined in step (5) shall apply.
5. In case of a positive response from the shortlisted winner for merchandise, each such shortlisted winner will be required to send the following documents:
a. Copy of ID Proof, Age, Address proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter Id/ Electricity bill/ Gas Bill/ or any other Government issues ID proof)
b. Copy of Aadhar Card & PAN Card (wherever applicable)
6. The successful Participant should be careful in providing the details asked for at the time of calling in. The calls may be recorded for quality/evidence purposes. In case wrong information is provided, the successful Participant would not be allowed to retrieve or change the information, once provided.
7. No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the contest is not factually correct.
8. No justification/explanation for any missing documents shall be accepted.
9. In the event of death of the Confirmed Winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the prize.
10. Once the winner is confirmed, the partner agency will dispatch the prize within 45 business days (for physical merchandize only) from the date the winner is confirmed.
Terms & Conditions – Free Home Party
1. The offer is valid for one (1) Winner only.
2. This will be a Dinner Party and will be exclusively hosted at the Winner's residence or at a venue of their choice.
3. Once the Winner is shortlisted, they will receive a call from our customer service representative to discuss preferred dates and timings to host the party. The Winner must confirm the booking a minimum of two 14 business days in advance, from the preferred party date.
4. The Winner is permitted to invite a maximum of fifteen (15) guests, including the Winner becomes a total of (16)
5. Food and beverages will be provided; any limitations or restrictions or allergens information must be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the Brand or its designated representative.
6. Brand or its designated representative will directly reach out to the winner to discuss the food preference and fix the menu.
7. Menu once fixed cannot be changed. Any additional dish required apart from the menu finalized must be arranged by the winner(host).
8. 1 Butler for serving Beverages and 1 for serving food will be provided.
9. By participating in this offer and accepting the prize, the Winner consents to the collection of testimonials, photographs, and other media by a third-party agency. Such materials may be used for promotional and public relations activities by the Brand, without any further consent or compensation.
10. The Winner agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, and any additional terms communicated by the Brand or its representatives.
11. The Brand reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
12. By accepting the prize, the participant acknowledges and agrees to all the terms outlined herein.
Terms & Conditions – Merchandise
1. The Executing Agency will ensure the supply of merchandise in good condition; however, neither the Executing Agency nor the Promoter shall be liable for any defects in the product. The guarantee and warranty, as received from the Manufacturer or Distributor, will be transferred to the Winner, and warranty claims must be directed to the Manufacturer.
2. Handling and distribution of the prizes will be managed by the Executive Agency, while promo products will be distributed by the Promoter.
3. The following prizes are included in the program:
Home Bar: The Winner of the Free Home Party will also receive a Home Bar
Smart Home Theatre: Two (2) Winners will receive a Smart Home Theatre system.
4. Merchandise/Prizes will be delivered within 45 business days after the Winner confirms their details with the Executing Agency.
5. Complaints regarding non-delivery must be raised within 7 days of dispatch notification (via Email/SMS).
6. Courier companies will attempt delivery twice; if delivery fails due to reasons such as the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address, or unresponsiveness, and the product is returned, the Executing Agency or Promoter will not be obligated to resend the product.
7. Dispatches will be made to the address provided by the customer; the customer must ensure the correct address and inform concerned persons at the delivery location. The Executing Agency is not responsible for non-receipt if the product is delivered to someone other than the intended recipient at the provided address.
8. Dispatches will not be made to P.O. Box addresses or locations outside India.
9. Products will be accompanied by warranty details where applicable; the Executing Agency and Promoter make no representations or warranties about the quality, suitability, or merchantability of rewards, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Delivered products cannot be replaced under any circumstances, and requests for changes in color, size, model, brand, or other specifications will not be entertained.
11. The product/offer cannot be exchanged for cash at any point.
12. Any disputes arising from or related to this program shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
General Terms and Conditions of the Promotion:
1. This offer is not available to employees of Pernod - Ricard India Pvt Ltd and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies or trade partners, dealers, distributors, and their immediate families.
2. This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash”.
3. This offer is not for sale.
4. Photocopied, torn, or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
5. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
6. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
7. A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, mobile number, per household and email address.
8. Only one voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple Vouchers cannot be booked together.
9. If you are registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you will not receive an SMS confirmation from us. Please mail us at feedback@bigcity.in for any queries. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd has already emailed or sent by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd will not re-send the voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.
10. The “How to Redeem” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
11. By participating in this Contest, a Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein.
12. The Participant shall be above the legal drinking age.
13. As a condition of availing the Contest offer, the successful Participant may be required to sign any legal documentation as and, in the form, required by the Organizer in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
14. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation/ information may result in disqualification from this Contest by the Organizer/Agency. It may further attract legal action as deemed fit by the Organizer/Agency.
15. The Contest offer is subject to the verification of the successful Participant by the Organizer.
16. The decision of the Organizer/Agency will be final and binding with regard to Promo and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
17. Promoter or Executing Agency is not responsible in case the Voucher codes have expired for any reason whatsoever.
18. Promoter or Executing Agency and the Stores are not responsible for any loss or theft of the Vouchers.
19. No duplicate Voucher shall be issued to the customers.
20. Promoter or Executing Agency is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
21. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
22. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
23. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
24. Promoter or Executing Agency accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality/ availability of featured offers. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
25. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, Vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
26. Promoter does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as Vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. of such a product or service.
27. The Terms and Conditions of the offer can be changed during the promotional period by Executing Agency or by Promoter.
28. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
